Business mediation
If disagreements arise with our tenants, we aim for an amicable solution. Before a dispute goes to court, we offer to resolve it through business mediation with a neutral, impartial mediator. Participation is voluntary for both sides and does not affect the right to take legal action.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
